I will assist you through every step of the exciting home buying process to help to take the guess work out of your home purchase, from our initial search on the MLS, scheduling appointments to see the homes that you found interesting online, to making an offer and contract negotiations and paperwork with your direction, attending the home inspection, working with the mortgage person with any paperwork they need having to do with the home you selected, to the final walkthru before closing, being with you at the title company for closing. I will be with you offering tips and here for you when you have questions.

Once you define your “wish list” of features you want in your home, the area that you want to look in, and price range, I go to work to send you listings that meet your needs and dreams.

You will be provided detailed listing information not available to the general public — as soon as new listings and price reductions occur; You will have the advantage of this on-time information on hot properties delivered right to your email / Smart Phone.

I will monitor all new listings and alert you to new houses as soon as they are put on the market with the parameters that you have chosen.

Your experience will be enjoyable as I will eliminate the stress involved with buying a home by putting my years of real estate experience to work for you and assist you thru every step of the home buying process.

At your direction, I will negotiate with the seller and the listing real estate agent to get you the best deal and save you money.

You will receive knowledge and assistance with all the necessary paperwork and details (of course for legal advice I always suggest you contact an attorney).
