I will be here for you to lead you through every step of the exciting home buying process to help to take the guess work out of your home purchase, from our initial search on the MLS, scheduling appointments to see the homes that you found interesting online, to making an offer and contract negotiations and paperwork, to home inspection, working with the mortgage person with any paperwork they need having to do with the home you selected, to the final walkthru before closing, being with you at the title company for closing. I will be with you offering tips and here for you when you have questions.

You define your “wish list” of features you want in your home, and your neighborhood, and  I go to work to send you all the listings that meet your needs and dreams, in the area that you specify.

You will be provided detailed listing information not available to the general public — as soon as new listings and price reductions occur; You will have the advantage of this on-time information on hot properties delivered right to your email / Smart Phone.

I will monitor all new listings and alert you to new houses as soon as they are put on the market.
